What we have shipped, and what teachers are asking for next.
Every feature on this page came from a teacher. There are no launch dates: each request shows how far along it is, from requested through to live for users, and it stays linked to the teacher who asked.

Requests and community2
- Teacher request boardOne authenticated vote per account per request, with atomic toggles, moderation and abuse limits. Each request shows a progression stage from requested to live for users; vote numbers stay internal.
- In-app feature proposalsTeachers propose a feature from the workspace; duplicates merge into one request, a moderator publishes it, and email proposals join the same board.
Set up a course5
- Course-first workspacesKeep rubrics, students and results organised by course.
- Course identityRecord course name, code, term and optional section.
- Google sign-inSign up with Google; the workspace opens straight away after accepting the terms.
- Teacher accountsOpen sign-up; an administrator can suspend or reinstate a teacher account.
- Private teacher workspacesApproved teachers access their own saved workspace.
Import the brief and rubric5
- Brief and rubric importImport assessment documents and review the extracted result before applying.
- Original benchmark columnsPreserve source criteria, weights, column order and complete descriptors.
- Separate source ratingsKeep original ordinal scores separate from weighted points.
- Editable rubric criteriaTeachers can edit criteria and benchmark descriptors.
- Resumable rubric importsRetrieve pending/completed imports and explicitly apply them.
Take in student work7
- Class ZIP intakeUnpack class submissions in browser memory and check the roster.
- Source-file reattachmentMatching student and folder identities retain marks when source files are reattached.
- Photoshop file intakePSD/PSB files can be sent in Full scope. Native readability and layer properties are not guaranteed; include a PDF or image export.
- Illustrator file intakeAI files can be sent in Full scope. Supply a PDF export; editable native structure is not guaranteed.
- Image evidenceAttach supported image assets for visual review.
- Text evidenceText documents are decoded for evidence review, never executed.
- Readable handwritten scansChoose Scanned PDFs for visual reading of handwritten pages, or Mixed files for loose JPG/PNG scans. Marks still follow the rubric. Unclear words, cropped work and unreadable evidence are flagged for teacher review, not guessed. Text-only PDF review cannot assess image-only scans; recognition is not guaranteed.
Review the evidence5
- PDF-focused reviewReview supplied PDFs without treating unseen native structure as verified.
- Full-scope evidence reviewSend selected source files; unreadable formats must be flagged, not imagined.
- InDesign IDML inspectionRead-only ZIP/XML evidence for styles, stories, pages and link references. Not INDD rendering or preflight certification.
- Benchmark exemplarsAttach comparison references separately from student submissions.
- Sampled video evidenceChoose the Video route for actual video deliverables. Review uses sampled frames and detected scene changes with timestamps; it is not full-motion or full-audio analysis. Gradual transitions may be missed. Teachers must inspect limitations.
Grade and confirm5
- Criterion-level evidenceInspect criterion marks, matched descriptors and evidence citations.
- Teacher-input flagsFlag requirements that need teacher observation or unavailable evidence.
- Teacher confirmationAdjust and confirm individual criteria while retaining original agent marks.
- Evaluated rubric snapshotsKeep the rubric used for a result separate from later rubric edits.
- Teacher-wide grading scalesStart with the existing 11 A–F bands, edit letter labels, percentage thresholds and 0–4 grade points, then preview and explicitly apply across all your courses. Previous scale versions and original classifications are retained; marks, percentages, feedback and confirmations do not change.
Results and reporting3
- Gradebook and CSV exportReview marks and export the gradebook using your current teacher-wide letter scale and grade points.
- Printable feedbackPrint a student assessment report with review warnings.
- Course insightsReview assessment results within a course.
Run it reliably8
- Saved courses and feedbackCourse metadata and results persist; original source files do not.
- Save status and backupVisible saving/errors, retry and downloadable backup.
- Stale-tab protectionVersion checks reject conflicting course saves.
- Batch reviewReview a cohort through the existing batch flow.
- First-student testCheck one result before continuing a full cohort.
- Stop and resumeStop local processing; accepted jobs remain retrievable.
- Durable result recoveryRetrieve accepted results after refresh without blind redispatch.
- Private original filesExtracted originals are retained in teacher-owned private file storage within the allowance. ZIPs are unpacked in the browser and not retained by default. Firestore holds metadata, not binary files. Storage & files supports inventory, download and explicit deletion; saved marks remain separate. Deleted or legacy unsaved files may need reattachment.
Get help2
- Course-aware voice companionOptional voice pilot for saved courses, assessment briefs and rubrics, with a female voice. Administrator setup and explicit microphone consent are required. The selected course has full saved rubric context; other courses have summaries. No student records are loaded, no grades or courses can be changed, and conversations are not retained as long-term memory.
- Replayable quick tourFour short manual steps explain assessment setup, class ZIP intake, evidence review and teacher judgement. Available from the public page and workspace sidebar. New empty workspaces can offer it once per account on that device; an optional local preference records dismissal. No files are uploaded or reviews started.
